1. Reservation Policies
1.1 All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
1.2 Should a guest wish to make a reservation and The 250 appears fully booked, call the reception desk for more information or help.
1.3 Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by The 250 via email or other written communication.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Guests may cancel or modify reservations for any reason.
2.2 Cancellations are encouraged, but not required. Should you wish to cancel a reservation outside of the cancellation period, you may do so online. If the cancellation occurs within the cancellation window, you have the option to call our reception desk or text the SMS confirmation.
3. Right to Cancel or Modify Reservations
3.1 The 250 reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation at its sole discretion and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- Operational issues or unforeseen circumstances.
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
- Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity associated with the reservation.
3.2 In the event of cancellation by The 250, reasonable efforts will be made to notify you in advance and provide assistance with rebooking or a full refund, where applicable.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
4.1 Check-in time is within 15 minutes of your reservation time, and check-out time is precisely at the end of your reservation period.
4.1.a Should guests wish to extend their reservation time, the front desk must be notified within 15 minutes of the check-out time.
4.2 Guests must present valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Guests agree to abide by all rules and policies of The 250 during their stay. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
5.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Prices quoted are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Additional charges (e.g., incidentals, extra services) incurred during the stay will be charged to the credit card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Personal information provided during the reservation process is used for the sole purpose of making reservations, your information is neither saved nor distributed.
8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 The 250 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 250 disclaims liability for personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises.
9. Lost & Found
9.1 Items left behind by guests and found by The 250 staff will be logged and stored for up to 30 days.
9.2 If the owner does not claim the item within 30 days, The 250 reserves the right to donate the unclaimed item to a local charity or dispose of it at its discretion.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The 250 is not liable for failure to fulfill reservations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri, USA.
12. Amendments
12.1 The 250 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website and will apply to all reservations made after the effective date of the changes.
